The Qld Roof Solutions team recently completed replacement of 1400 l/m of skylight sheets for our friends at Centuria at one of their prime commercial sites in Brisbane.
Works were planned meticulously to mitigate any disruptions to the high profile tenants and the job was done to an impeccable standard as always.

Qld Roof Solutions recently completed an intricate and challenging cladding replacement job for our good friends at Ardent Leisure.
After suffering significant damage in the Christmas tornado that savaged the Northern Gold Coast, we were tasked with replacing the existing 400mm cladding sheets with new 200mm Horizon Interlocking panels and kilometres of new metal battens supplied by Qld Sheet Metal and the results speak for themself.
Another challenging job working in a live environment on one of the countries most recognisable sites but after working through a cyclone and monsoonal rain, the team have reached completion with the Sky Voyager ride now being open just in time for the school holiday crowds.
We’re really impressed with the teams delivery of this job with a lot of fiddly and time consuming work taking place but the patience and attention to detail by our team has resulted in us being able to hand the job over to a very high standard, resulting in an incredibly happy customer.

Proud of the Qld Roof Solutions team for recently completing this incredibly challenging roof replacement at 31 Sherwood Rd, Toowong. And we managed to save our customer over $40k by going a few steps further than our competitors were prepared to go.
In order to avoid extra costs for road closures, traffic control, permits, power isolations and crane hire in an incredibly busy inner city location, here’s what we did.
Spent over a day walking the site and speaking with people in neighbouring properties to see if anyone would come to the party for access and after striking a couple of deals access was granted
Arranged out of hours delivery of one of Australia’s largest scissor lifts and broke it down to fit it through an undercover car park, scraping through the underside of the concrete slab by 10mm after removing and reinstating a commercial roller door for access
Gained access through a neighbouring shopping centre and cut out and removed sections of chain link fences for the scissor lift to get close enough to the building
Attended site on a Sunday after arranging an after hours supplier drop off of materials and manually shifted approx. 300m2 of roofing iron 100 odd meters from the street, through a car park and up a ramp that felt like Mt Everest after the first hour
Used the EWP to transport the 300m2 of roofing iron, flashings and box gutters to the roof area
Rebuilt the fences, broke down the EWP, removed the roller door and reinstated it again and got the machine off site, on a Sunday.
